Return or Refund Policy :

We accept returns in case you have received a product in damaged conditions or have any manufacturing defects.

You need to email an image of the damaged products along with proof of purchase.

We will get back to you with the best possible resolution within 48 hours. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

In case of Refund, it will be processed in the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping anywhere in India if your cart value is Rs. 499/-and above.

A Nominal Fee is Rs. 40/- will be charges on orders below the cart value of Rs. 499/-.

Shipping & Delivery

At Ambika Healthcare Products, we try delivering your order as early as possible within the stipulated time frame. Right from processing to packaging to shipping, we maintain the highest quality and safety standards. Please take the time to read through and understand our policy thoroughly.

Free International shipping for orders above ₹15,000/- .

The shipping charges, wherever applicable, are based on basket size. In cases where the basket size becomes voluminous, we impose a nominal fee, as oversized packaging charges to accommodate and safely deliver all the items ordered.
For orders within India, shipping timelines are regulated by the state government and are subject to delay if a lockdown is in place.
Kindly note that the estimated delivery dates can be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances faced by our delivery partners and are beyond our control. We do our best to track your order and keep you updated, and will not be held responsible for the delay.
For international couriers, any additional charges (customs) will be levied if required, according to the country of delivery and the local government customs will be paid by the customer.
For international customers, the VAT/Import Duties/Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be charged over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable, as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
Custom charges might be applicable in case of delivery outside India. Customers will be liable for customs charges in such cases.

We do not entertain returns and exchanges on clearance sale orders.
If the order placed by you includes multiple products, we usually combine them in a single box before shipping. Packaging and shipping the products in individual boxes may incur an additional charge.
Throughout our packaging and shipping process, we have multiple quality checkpoints to ensure the products reach you in the perfect state.
